The Thunder Stick Longbow is a reflex deflex bow with superior shooting characteristics. Hand shock in this bow is almost nonexistent. It is whisper quiet, smooth shooting, and has an excellent cast. If you're a fan of the traditional styled reflex deflex longbow, the Thunder Stick can't be beat at any price.

The Thunder Stick II has proven to be a very popular longbow design. It is very heavily reflex deflexed. A very smooth drawing, fast shooting bow with virtually no hand shock. It has a similar feel to a recurve, therefore is very popular with recurve shooters making the switch to a longbow.

The Thunder Stick III has become by far our best selling longbow. It is quite similar to the Thunder Stick II, in fact it is made on the same form. The difference between the two is in the laminations. The Thunder Stick III features a unique double taper lamination which gives the effect of a 24" riser without the bulk of a large handle.

The benefit of a long riser is that it shortens the length of the working limb, which makes the bow very dead in the hand upon release; and also makes the bow very fast, stable and quiet. We have taken an already outstanding performing bow to the next step. We believe the Thunder Stick III to be the ultimate in performance in a longbow design.
